I was fallen and hit by sharp wall edges directly to the eyebrows at 10 yrs of my age resulting in cut mark on my eyebrows. Now I'm of 20 yrs of age. The cut mark remained the same and eyebrow hairs have not been grown up on the cut area. Please suggest me working tips or a successful surgey for getting the hairs regrown on the cut area. Im fed of all the tips nothing is working. Please say me better surgery with average cost.
