The doctor added a centimeter to the length of the nose to correct the gingival smile, after which I had a dry nose and burning sensation when inhaling - my doctor looked surprised and said he did not know why, but I felt that the increase in the length of the nose had caused - Can removing the grafts and turning the nose back to its original size can solve my problems?
