I have been weight training for 2 years specifically to increase the size of my glutes. I have succeeded in adding 3.5 inches of muscle mass and improve the overall shape of my body. Will having so much muscle mass in my butt not be successful for a bbl? Should I discontinue training to allow for fat to fit in? Will I be able to continue training after surgery? What is the best scenario for my situation?
