my aunt recently had skin cancer. When I was 18, I’m currently 28 I use to tan in beds and go out in the sun a lot. I don’t an anymore. I’ve had this on my thigh for a couple of years. The red part feels slightly raised.

Answer: See a Cosmetic Dermatologist for Mole Removal--lasers, radiowave, shave
It is very hard to see the lesion from the photo you have sent. If they are red and regular, they most probably are vascular in nature, however, you will not be completely sure until you have seen your own doctor.
An In Person evaluation is needed in order to determine if there is an infection present, I suggest following up with the physician who performed the mole removal. Best, Dr. Emer.
Hi!! You first need to get the moles checked by a dermatologist to make sure they are benign. Moles can be removed using electrocautery which leaves minimal scarring if done by an experienced dermatologist.
