I had an accident nearly 2 years ago and fell off a quad bike in the desert resulting in the skin on the bridge of my nose splitting open. I didn't need stitches according to doc - had to just wear a bandage for a few days. The wound healed alright but since then I've had a raised scar which really bothers me. What can be done about it? Corticosteroid injections? silicone pads? are these effective? or is this for good? I've posted some pics to help assess. Thank you in advance for your replies.
