What to Do for Hyperpigmented Fingers?

The fingers on my right hand have BAD hyperpigmentation. I have tried 4% hQ with no results,if anything my fingers got darker, they now look like two toned beasts.. bleaching products do not seem to work on hands and am so desperate. So will dermarollers and HQ be the better alternative? If not what other products/procedures Should I try, am black BTW. Thanks
