My implants are approaching 15 yrs old. I have had no problems, but recently my rt implant flips at night. No pain and goes back in place very easily. I have also gained weight and wondering if the weight gain could be the cause? I am financially unable to have them removed or additional surgery.

IT is highly unlikely that a dog hitting the implant caused a leak/rupture. With a saline implant though you should notice within a few days if it is getting smaller than the other breast - which would be a sign of a leak. Much more common is a bruise to the breast itself, or underlying muscle....
