My dentist told me I don't have any gum disease and it is probably from aggressively brushing. I have started using an electronic tooth brush and oil pulling. I also ordered "Natures Smile" paste which claims to reverse receding gums. My dentist told me gums do not grow back...is this true? I want to keep my healthy smile, I'm desperate.
