Post Nose Surgery: Hard Lump Under the Skin of the Nose

I just had a surgery more than 20 days ago. I've had the side of my nostril reduced and corrected. ( only one side) My surgeon performed the reduction under my skin and not inside my nose. He made a cut in between my skin.

The result was somehow ok but not until the 7th day when the initial swelling disappears, I noticed a hard bump on top of the area where he said he had curved out a bit of flesh & stitched I guess. Will this bump disappear in time? Because Im kind of worried!
