Starting my invisalign treatment in a few weeks.During the consultation phase, I told the doctor that I needed to see how my teeth are going to turn out, so I can be confident during the process. When the images came in, I wasn't happy since he didn't address the straightening of the upper front teeth. So, I told him to change it & he just doesn't do it. He says he has ordered it and cannot do anything about it; says maybe we can make refinements. I am feeling every unsure; should I go thru' this ?

Insurance companies have their own rules and change them all the time. Any questions with those are up to them. The fee to the dentist is what it is, regardless of insurance input, whether they pay or not. You are fortunate to have insurance assistance at ALL for orthdontics.
The Clincheck software is available only to approved providers. Your provider can email you what Invisalign calls a video - it is a low-res version of your Clincheck that has fewer options for interaction.
