I’m 53 and have lost a lot of fat in my face. I want to do anything that will make me look more youthful. I prefer solutions that last longer than a year or two. I’m 5’5” and 125lbs. Thank you.

If it is performed well by an experienced facial specialist, you can have a 10 year result that looks very natural at the same time.

Based on limited photos- it appears that you would benefit from a facelift/ Neck lift +muscle tightening along with possible fat transfer . Also, Rhinoplasty preferably performed through a closed technique -in the right hands-- will add significantly to facial rejuvenation and create a more youthful look. These procedures-in our Practice--can be performed at the same time. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS with a wide gallery of before and afters, to review all of your options

Answer: Looking younger From the pictures you have several areas that could benefit each from a different procedure. Your upper eyelids are asymmetrical and there is excess skin. The cheek fat needs to be restored, preferably with you own fat from where you have it, like the lower abdomen , hips or buttocks, and laugh lines could benefit from fillers. Your neck skin is a bit loose and a short scar lower face and neck lift could be beneficial.
