2 weeks PO. How long will it take my malar festoons to reduce or be gone? Is it still too early to tell?

At 2 weeks out and this aggressive of a treatment, I don't think you've waited long enough to see the results at all. I believe these areas will resolve and flatten but find that a lot of times people's bodies hold water and swelling in this particular region for longer.
