If a hyaluronic acid (HA) filler (e.g., Juvederm and Restylane) was used, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Once all effects have worn off and your muscles regain their strength, you may notice better symmetry and may receive additional treatments.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you experienced since your Dysport and filler treatment. After one year the Dysport should have worn off completely. The filler that remains can be dissolved using hyaluronidase as long as HA fillers were used (Juvederm, Restylane, etc). See your provider for further information.
