I've just got them off after having them for 4 years because of a severe crossbite. It looks alot better than where I started from, but it still kind of bothers me. Am I just over-reacting and my retainer will fix this? Or will this cause me to have braces again. And if I do, how long?

Wearing your retainers may not be a problem and may help move your teeth back into position, however, if they don't go into place with minimL effort I would encourage you to return to your orthodontist for an evaluation. Take your retainers with you in this visit.
Hello,An Orthodontist will usually work together with a speech pathologist. You might have both going on. You need the teeth in the right place and them do exercises with your tongue to retrain movement and positioning. Make an appointment with an Orthodontist for an evaluation...
