I recently got an xray done by a chiropractor and I noticed my right breast looks different then the left. Does this look like a ruptured breast implant? I have saline breast implants that are about 8 years old.

You appear to have developed a capsule and your implants are way too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. You can keep these implants and suffer or go down much smaller and be comfortable.
It is hard to answer this question without knowing more about the patient, for example height and weight. The photos of models show quite full breasts with significant fullness in the upper part of the breasts. Implants in the 400's can certainly give a look like this in a smaller framed...
I believe that you are a proper candidate for implants alone. The distance that truly matters is the vertical excess. That is determined by the excess skin with the nipple to fold distance held on skin stretch.
