I bought an IPL machine with the below specifications for the purpose of reducing age spots, under-eye veins and helping with pigmentation. It is only advertised as a hair removal product but I know that IPL works for the other reasons as well. It's not as strong as an IPL machine used in a spa but I'm wondering if it can still work for what I'm using it for.
