I recently had an accident on my forehead, causing severe fat loss on my forehead, brows, and eyelids. It's to the point where my muscles on my forehead show and my bones you can see the contours of my skull and every indentation due to fat loss. Now I have nothing but skin & bones. I'm only 31. I did a full face graft once and it lasted two years. Will fat grafting correct all the new problems? My worry is that my skin is very naturally delicate and thin. What should I do?
