I have what I was told was a lipoma on my rib cage a few years back. Fast forward I am now dealing with digestive issues and heart rate problems & discomfort a bit when I’m in certain positions. Can I get this removed?? Will it help me or is it worth it?

I'm very sorry to hear that. Sometimes pretty rarely, do lipomas come back after excision and removal (5-7%of the time). A lot of the time they can be removed with an in office procedure. Be sure to see an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for the best results.
