Should I go for a second course of braces? (photo)

Braces will only straighten teeth along your dental arch. If your smile seems narrow or doesn't fill your mouth then the problem is not with your teeth but rather with your dental arch. To have a fuller smile you would need to have a wider dental arch. This can be accomplished, but not with braces. The only way to make a dental arch wider and thus create a broader smile is to use an appliance that develops the dental arch. There are a number of good appliances that will do this.
