I'm 18, and always had low self-esteem. Lately I've noticed my breasts have changed from what they used to be, which was more round and perky to me. My weight has fluctuated a little bit (10 lbs above/below my normal weight) and I've started taking birth control pills in the last year and have switched from multiple medicines for my mental health (Prozac, lamotrigine). I was wondering if I would need a breast reduction or lift in order to make them more perky or changing things in my life will.
Answer: I'm 18, would a breast reduction or lift make my breasts more perky? (photos) A breast lift would reshape the tissue and reduce the size of the areola. It does not require removal of breast tissue but only skin tightening which will make the breasts more perky. Women who have the breast lift surgery report increased self-confidence and self-esteem. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials (certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, education, experience, training) who performs hundreds of breast lift procedures each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries and read patient reviews.

Answer: The Bellesoma Method for perky breasts The technique you are looking for is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief and long term stability. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift Hello and thank you for the question. Based on your photos I think a breast lift would give your breasts a 'perkier' look. With a breast lift, the areolas are reduced in size and lifted up to a better position on the breasts. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation to learn all of your options. Good luck!Sincerely,Dr. Michelle Spring

Answer: Breast lift Thanks for your questions and posting your pics. Based on what I see, you have a mild case of what we call tuberous breasts which causes the areola to protrude, and usually also includes asymmetry issues. A breast lift w/ a small reduction of the larger left breast can get the shape of both breasts more "perkier" and reduce the size of the areolas and get you more even breasts.
