I am 35 years old and in the last year my jawline is sagged, and my face got rounder, I really would like to get back as I use to be. I thought that doing liposuction in the three areas I indicated could be a solution, however I need to become clear on certain issues, since I read that there could be some heavy complications, such as: Nerve damage, the temporary damage is a known risk, but I read that it could also be permanent, is this possible? Does laser liposuction reduce the risk of the nerve damage? Do the three areas, that I signed in the picture, incur into the same chance of risk, or some areas are safer than others? Is there a high risk to create indentations and irregularities in the areas I showed?I read that many surgeons advise against fat removal of the cheeks because this will be regretted in the future, when the fat previously removed would help to look younger, is this concept applicable also for the areas I showed in the picture? Is it true that fat removal can prematurely accelerate the ageing process? Do You think it is possible that I manage to achieve again my triangular line? Thank you for answering my questions!

It's difficult to tell from the photo if liposuction of any type will correct the problem that bothers you. When people have good thick skin elasticity in the area and the area is just fat then liposuction should definitely address the problem. In your picture you can see there are stretch marks...
