greatly between individuals. The upper eyelids heal very quickly but complete
healing of the lower eyelids can take six weeks if the muscle and fat are
treated.

Swelling, discoloration, and some bruising are
to be expected. It is not unusual to have some difficulty seeing during the
first day or two after surgery because of the swelling and eye
lubricants/ointment used during and after surgery. You have asymmetries of the upper lids that can be revised..  the lower lid may need 5fu and kenalog in the scar tissue if it is firm.revision should wait for 6 months

Anchor blepharoplasty cinches up the skin on the upper eyelid platform like tightening sheets on a bed.  This was not done with your procedure.  In fairness, very few eyelid surgeons know how to do this.  This is typically done by removing a small amount of eyelid platform skin and muscle below the upper eyelid crease and making a hard crease to the anterior levator aponeurosis.  Ideally, you should be at lease 3-4 months out from surgery before doing this.  The lower eyelid issue needs management also.
