I had a total rhino septoplasty almost 20 years ago. I'm not happy with overprojected appearance of the nose and it’s angle. I’ve been told it was not possible to achieve what I wanted, ie less projected and longer nose. Now I wonder if it was true and can it be achieved. No soft tissue was removed from my nose, everything was only shifted.
