I had lower lid blepharoplasty in May 2022. The procedure was relatively successful. And corrected some fat prolapse post thyroid eye disease. I have since had one filler treatment for hollowing in the tear trough (Juvederm). This was approx 8 months ago. I have recently noticed lumps under my tear trough (photo). The questions: are these likely to be as a result of fat redisposition during blepharoplasty or do they look like filler residue? What are treatment options?

Good morning.Based on the photos, you do have prominence over the upper and outer aspect of your upper eyelid, which can be due to a combination of fat and bone. your outer corner of your eyes could also be elevated with a canthopexy to improve the eye shape. There is also a tear trough...
A good option is fillers . PRP and skin boosters do not provide volume. Fillers will need repeating and therefore another option is fat transfer.
Best to get an opinion from a Plastic Surgeon who can discuss the pros and cons of these procedures with you.
It is very difficult to give you good advice without an in-person evaluation. A small amount of fat grafts injected just above the fold may improve your result. In-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in facial fat grafting is recommended. Good luck.
