I had a septoplasty. The surgeon tried to tell me my nose was crooked after surgery because he needed to make it align to my crooked upper lip (both deviated to my left). Is it true that I’ll have a crooked nose forever and a second surgery won’t fix this? No one’s face is symmetrical so why can’t I have a straight nose when other ppl out there have asymmetries and their nose is straight (regardless of position of their upper lip). Id like to know if I can have a straight nose despite my lip
