I'm 35 years old and for the last 5 years I've been really down about the state of my neck. I believe it is a result of sundamage as my chest has a similar texture. It's very crepey/ wrinkled and is incredibly aging. I've tried RF sessions and Morpheus8 with absolutely no change. I'm considering a fractional co2 laser or maybe plasma pen? Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you
