Developed hard nodules after botox that turned into large abscesses - is there a way to treat it besides steroid injection?

I am a 30 yr old female. I have developed hard noduals at the injection site of botox. I then contracted covid and both noduals turnt in to large absesses. I have had both drained. Now one is still healing and the other lump has re appeared. As reactions are rare no one knows how to treat. I have been offered a steriod injection but do not want indents in my face. And do not want filler to be put in the dents. This has been going on 8 plus weeks now
