Bent nose tip with small hard bump after open septorhinoplasty - will I benefit from revision surgery? (Photo)

5 months ago I had open septorhinoplasty with donor rib cartilage. The tip was narrowed and the dorsal hump removed. Since the cast was removed I have noticed a bend in my nose to my right and it hasn’t improved. I’ve also recently seen a small hard lump on the right side of my nose tip. Would I benefit from revision surgery after 12 months?
