Does Aveeno work for Dermatopapulosis Nigra (little black dots on the face that African American skin gets)
Not a chance. These are growths, not just increased pigment. They are easy to treat and may be removed with a surgical scissor or light cautery. Your dermatologist or plastic surgeon should be able to do this in a few minutes.
Since they are more than just some pigment, bleaching wont work, no matter how hard you try.
