I have some distortion and unevenness after implants. Can my muscle tissue be repaired to correct this?

I had augmentation back in april of 2010, and all was fine until about 8 months later.  One breast had settled nice and perky, and the other was more saggy.  Dr. insisted that my "perky" breast had developed a "pocket".  He would not consider doing anything with the more saggy breast.  He did, however, go in TWICE on the perky one to try to get it to be as saggy as the other.  After two additional surgeries, and 4 years of complete settling, I am soo unhappy with the result. The "saggy" breast which he insisted had formed some kind of pocket, now shows srtiations on the side, and has slowly slid over toward my armpit.  The nipple on that breast is about an inch below the other one.  Clearly there has been some tearing of the pec muscle on that side.  I workout a lot, and am very fit.  These were placed under the muscle. I doubt he will do anything about it, but I guess my real question is can muscle tissue be repaired from this?  Can I hope to have a matching set once again? Thanks for any input!I have some distortion and unevenness after implants.
