Discoloration/ Hyper Pigmentation on my Nose. (photo)

Hello Doctor, i have a discolured or uneven circle or pigmentation around my nose, it really annoying, i am not really sure what it was, but i was there from last 6 years. i used some of the treatments but no use. i will attach some of the pictures of my nose. please let me know what does it mean. why do have this discolor and any remedies or treatments to cure this .
