I am 26. I believe I got 30 units of dysport in each masseter and 10 units in each temporalis for TMJ. It has been ~3 months since my procedure. I have hollowing of my temples and thinning of my face because my masseters have shrunken so much. I also have sagging/jowls as a result of this as well. I am wondering what I can do to build my muscles back up as quickly as possible? And approximately how long will it take? I will never get this procedure done again, it has ruined my self esteem.
