I have deep tear troughs and I veins in the same area. I've had these since I was a little girl. Veins are flat and blue in color. I live in Denver CO and having a hard time finding a dermatologist who treats periorbital veins and tear troughs. I'm worried the veins could get poked or worse if I do fillers first. Am I right to want to treat the veins first and then go on to fillers? I found one dermatologist that uses a Cutera Excel V 1064 nm laser for face veins. Is this a good option for me?
