I've suffered from rosacea since I was 15 years old (permanent redness on my cheeks and nose). When I was 18 I had one session of IPL for my rosacea and the redness was practically all gone. A few months after that, I wanted to improve my skin texture so I had a few sessions of microdermoabrasion (bad idea)which were to hard on my skin and made my rosacea come back. I didn't have the money to do another IPL. Now I am 20, 11 days ago I had a session of IPL but I don't see a lot of improvement

In my opinion, I would perform the micro-needling first and then the IPL. You will be left with some degree of redness after the micro needling. The IPL will treat the redness.
In my opinion, salicylic acid washes and toners as well as retinoids ( adapalene) are helpful for blackheads. These are available over-the-counter at your drug store. Follow up with a dermatologist or esthetician for removal.
