Answer: Bellesoma Breast Reduction The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excess reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast reduction From the submitted photo you are a candidate for a breast reduction. An exam is needed to know for sure but it appears a standard anchor pattern would give you the best results both in terms of volume and shape. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for an evaluation to learn more.

Answer: Breast reduction surgery.Breast reduction surgery. If you want a significant amount of breast tissue removed, then you should recognize that you’ll need more skin removed as well. This will most likely mean an upside down anchor or wise pattern incision. I suggest having multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community to get a quality assessment and better understanding of treatment options. Insufficient skin removal can have serious consequences in getting quality contour. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
