Hi, i've had dark circles since a nasal obstruction acquired during childhood. I am 20 years old now and the sinus issues are on their way to being fixed. That said, my dark circles are getting worse and i would like to know my options. They are a bluish purple with lots of little red and blue veins seemingly resting beneath the skin. They're unsightly and i would like to find treatment, What are my options? Thank You!
