Can fat graft to my nose be done to get fuller, bigger, and higher nose?

However its uptake in recipient place depends on many factors :viability of harvested fat ( only 50-70% might survive)regenerative potential ( fat cells with stem cells potential)recipient site (should have enough space and blood supply to accommodate fat)technique of transfer ( layered and in small deposits is preferable)skill of the doctorBased on that nose is not the best for fat transfer. If you want to try injectable volume enhancers, try combination of treads and Radiesse filler.

Yes, fat grafting works very well for your circumstance.There is a difference between fat injections which can be temporary(like fillers) and fat grafting which is permanent--this difference is all in the technique.Best of luck
