Dermatologist took a biopsy of a suspected BCC on the right side of my nose near the tip. No results as of yet. But in doing my research on the web, I see that if any extensive damage is done around the nose tip by Mohs procedure, the reconstuction will involve some very extensive forehead flap procedures. Not something I would like to undertake. Are there not alternatives, such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc... that would be better for this type of area?
