How Do Correct Tired Hollow Eyes?

Hi, I am only 26 and I have these crazy lines under my eyes. They look sort of hollow I guess (?) They formed over about a month ago out of nowhere. I get plenty of sleep and I drink water. Please help! I just want to look like myself again :( Is restylane something I should consider even though it's only been about a month with these ugly eyes?
