Had my first IPL treatment on neck/chest by my dermatologist. 2 hours later I see grid marks looking like burns w/ welts and sent her a pic. Her response was "looks like we achieved a great response." I showed my plastic surgeon, she was alarmed by the aggressive treatment, said the dermatologist should have done overlapping but didn't think the skin looked blistered/burned. Will this improve with a 2nd treatment if she treats between the grid marks? Should I get a prescription for Hydroquinone?
