Thank you for the question and your photo. It looks like things are going well from the pics. That said, irritation of the conjunctiva and lower eyelid skin can occur after surgery. If this is painful, or if there is any discharge or thicker/mucoid tears, you should contact your surgeon. It may be necessary to use some antibiotic eye drops in such cases.
