I am going to see my surgeon next month for a revision on my septorhinoplasty, and I want to ask him about a possible revision on my brow bone shave as well, as I feel like there’s still some thickness to it thats still making me feel dysphoric, but also i don’t know if I’m just too in my head. I wanted to ask the opinions of other surgeons. Do you all see the thickness im referring to? Would it be possible to do a revision on this kind of procedure or is it a one and done permanent kind of thin

My recommendations are genioplasty with implant, bichectomy, lateral brow lift and temporal lift, nanofat transfer injection. ım sure these surgeries what you need
There are many surgical procedures to choose from. It all depends on what YOU want and feel comfortable doing. As a surgeon, I can give you recommendations and options, but in the end this is about what makes you feel the best about yourself. If you want to do a full facial feminization surgery,...
FFS for the MTF TG patient. I need to see better photos as described on my website to give you an informed answer. Having pioneered TG surgery for almost 50 years and invented several procedures i feel a natural and more feminine look is best.
