1 year post op. double eyelid surgery for symmetry. Results: Right eye shape is too round, crease too high (10mm) and very deep. Crease height is especially high in the inner corners of my eye. Left eye has a lump of extra skin at the outer corner. Scar on the incision line near the center of the lid. 9mm crease. Is it possible to lower the depth and height of the crease, especially in the right eye? My surgeon said there’s not much he can do but I’m very unhappy with how the shape/depth/height.
