I had breast reduction December 4th and my tailbone and legs are in pain. I can barely move. Why am I in pain there?

Hi I Had surgery 3 days ago. My breast doesn't hurt, it's my tailbone and legs.its a pulsing sensation. If I move it will hurt than stops and start each time I move I can barely sit, walk and move. What could it be and what can I do
