I have had 8 fraxel treatments on my arms for sun damage. The results are very unsatisfactory. I have not seen improvement in the pigmentation or redness which was my reason to do it as I am fair skin with freckles. Now the skin tone is still uneven, but it is worse with wrinkles on my forearm that weren't there prior to the treatment. It is like the fraxel aged my skin years! Wish I had never done it...and now looking for a way to reverse the fraxel damage.
