have some very small hard bumps on the skin of my great toe. The bumps are not discolored, painful or itchy. The skin near the upper arch of my toenail is a bit dark/brownish. The bumpiness is from the knuckle down and extends around to the bottom of my toe. I noticed it about a week ago and did get picking at it yesterday and all of the skin on the top part of my toe seemed hardened and peeled painlessly off. Any ideas?
