Treatment for Brownish Area on my Skin?

I have this brownish area on my skin, which I had for several years. It is spreading a little bit over my arm. I would like to know if it's a skin fungus, hyperpigmentation, or rash. I have many reasons to believe that it is a Becker Nevus or a Pityriasis versicolor. I would like your adivce on what it is and what treatment I can have for it.
