Brown Patches Caused By What? (photo)

hello sir am swathi,23f,please see the my photos which i have attached..am getting the brown patches under the lip and tan area..y am getting this type of patches..normally i used to bleach my face with Olivia natural bleach,is that the reason to getting brown patches??.?am so worried, is brown patches will become black??..?please tell me the solution..
