I was told by my PS to not take birth control 2 weeks prior to lipo + bbl. My GYN thinks my PS only means pills because they have a way higher risk for blood clots (and something about estrogen levels) than the depo which I am currently on. If I get my next scheduled depo shot it will still be in my system at time of surgery. Should I not take the depo and start a pill regimen up to 3 weeks before surgery or is it ok for the depo to be in my system at time of surgery? Thank you.

Discuss this with your treating plastic surgeon, a couple of things could be causing this and he/she will be most familiar with your history and will be able to best diagnose what the issue is.
The obvious answer is this varies from surgeon to surgeon, patient to patient, and location to location. RealSelf, who has become the "go to" website for this type of plastic surgery question shows that the average cost in Texas is between $5,000 and $9,000. Obviously, average does...
It is possible to have fat transferred from one area of your body to another, such as your buttocks. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a personal evaluation and a discussion of your best options.
