How Do I Make my Breasts Stop Growing?

hi, im 15 and my whole life i've never had weight problems until last year, then i began growin 'them' and they wont stop im now way over weight i shot straight up and it was because of my breast, now theres fat evrywhere and i play sports all year round.

Im a 32C-34C and i always feel ugly and hate my intire body please tell me how to stop the growth and lose them completely and i eat very healthy and excersise all the time please help me get rid of them and then them never come back =( =)thx
